Pat Kelly

Pat has over 40 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry with business experience and responsibilities throughout the United States, Canada and Latin/South America.  His passion is leading and developing teams to provide outstanding service and execution! Pat is the past Chairman of FCICA (Floor Covering Installation Contractors Association).

Mike Kelly

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and more than a decade specializing in commercial flooring management, Mike excels in delivering comprehensive solutions for commercial flooring projects and nationwide programs. He is passionate about collaborating with both customers and team members, believing that clear communication and attention to detail are the keys to a successful project. As a Certified Installation Manager (CIM) and the current Chair of the FCICA CIM Steering Committee, Mike brings leadership and expertise to every endeavor.

Maria Hull

Maria is the "Voice of Synergy," serving as the primary point of contact for customers from the start of each project through to completion. She ensures that all materials arrive on-site, coordinates project schedules, and thoroughly reviews the installation process with store managers. After the project is completed, Maria follows up with store managers to ensure satisfaction. Passionate about building strong relationships, she connects with both customers and installers on both a personal and professional level.

Kelsey Barnett

Kelsey has been a member of the Synergy Flooring team for 10 years. Passionate about building strong connections with our installation teams, Kelsey is dedicated to ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. She aims to continue leveraging new strategies and technologies to enhance project efficiency and continually improve the client experience.

Brandy Edwards

Brandy has over two decades of expertise in finance and customer service, She brings a wealth of experience to drive efficiency and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Her background enables her to effectively navigate complex environments, adapt to evolving needs, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance both operational performance and customer satisfaction. 

Grace AKA Princess Grace

Grace is our Chief Morale Officer. Grace loves flooring and when she’s not napping under our conference table, you can find her offering unsolicited advice on Zoom calls and showing off her favorite tennis ball.
